Perch Fee must accompany birds when shipped.

Entry Fee: $200.00 per birds due two weeks before the 320 Race.
The Entry Fee is refundable if your bird is lost before the race.
To maintain eligibility all birds must be activated and
all fees paid on time.
All race birds will be trained 150 miles
The shipping day is November 17, 2012 at the Loft at 12 PM.
The Race day is November 18, 2012 for the 320 miles race.Race will remain open till sunset of the second day.
We will have a BBQ at the Loft on Race day.
All birds in the 320 mile race, in the First Drop will
split capital points equally, all other drops will be in clocking order.
All pools & Calcutta will be in paid in clocking order.
All drops will be recorded by Benzing clocking system.
15% of Capital Prize, Pools & Calcutta retain for expenses.
All birds that have not paid entry fee will be auction
off and the buyer will retain all winnings.
All birds will be vaccinated for PMV & Pox.
The birds remain the property of the breeder.
All capital prizes must be claimed before sunset
on the second day after release day.
Arrangement must be made to ship your birds back
by Dec. 15, 2012 shipping cost is $60.00 (US)
Birds still at DVTC on December 20, 2012 become the
property of DVTC.
The race committee will settle all unforeseen circumstances.
You must be 21 years of age to participate.
All birds must have registered seamless bands.
All birds not going to the race point because of injury will be returned.
